1. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
- During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India. International shipping may be available for selected destinations.
If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a refund if payment has already been received.
3. Estimated Delivery Time

4. Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
- Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders as part of promotions or minimum order value requirements.
- Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (if provided).
You can track your shipment using the tracking information shared after dispatch.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery period:
- Check the tracking information provided.
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- We will coordinate with the courier partner to resolve the issue.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
7. Incorrect Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-shipment.
- Refunds, if applicable, will exclude shipping costs.
8. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the package and product immediately.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number and supporting photos.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate resolution.
